Toki Doki: HK - day 2 (part 1)

We did a lot on day 2... : Legislative Council, the Mid-Levels Escalator, the Antiques area, Soho, the Zoological and Botanical Gardens, an attempt for the Peak tram (but we postponed it... it was too snoggy... pollution or weather, dunno, but it was like that the all time we stayed), then we went to the beach (can't remember the place name...><"... we did a long walk there after the beoing driven there by taxi... we had a drink somewhere overthere... it was very interesting to see how they do the dishes... °-°'... ), and then back in town. After a very good (and cheap !) meal at Pizza Hut (c'était genre truc super luxueux là-bas les pizza hut !!! impressionnant ! °-°), we headed towards the Temple Street market, where we bargained some souvenirs... ^-^... Very nice day ! HK is amazing in the way it's a mix of aboslutely everything !!! huge parks, futuristic side of the city, beach, "jungle" next to the city, crazy markets where you have to bargain everything (for instance : they tell u "180 hk $" and u buy it at "50 hk $" after a big or ridiculous show... ^^it was fun !)...

I especially loved the 3 Mid-Levels Escalator... C'est un escalator qui traverse plusieurs quartiers de HK, notamment celui avec les pubs et resto ainsi que celui avec les magasins d'antiquité, pour finalement prendre un peu de hauteur sur la ville et atteindre le jardin botanique/ zoo. Cette longue montée est absolument fascinante !
