Week-end with Pris : Kobe (Ninon)

So... sunday now : was planned a day trip to Kobe with Pris and friends I have here (Laurie, Thomas, Nicolas, Maya). But we split very early ... at the train station !! (boys on one side -wanted to do some hiking in the mountains near Kobe... come on guys, you're crazy ! 30° degrees outside !!- girls on the other side...^^).
We, girls, went for the European district (Ichikan...no...hu ?...ijikan... oh God, lazy to check... just remember European district !!)... good fun (yeah it's 'couvenir' instead of 'souvenir'... but really, you get used to that... French words are everywhere, especially for shops name or brands, but with lots of mistakes or no meaning at all... I will show you in another post one day...;). We visited an Hindu temple... no kidding... with elephant sculptures and everything... yeah, yeah, I'm in Japan... come on : focus !!! Then, we went to Chinatown for lunch. I loved very much this place, it was crowdy but great... great atmosphere, lots of colours (okay, mainly red but... anyway). At last, we went to the port and walk around. On one of the pictures, youc an see some "ruins" remaining from the 1995 earthquake.
Well, we walked a lot, and it was very very very hot like you're in a oven...!!! just crazy, we're at the end of September !!!!!
But again, a great day :)

Okay, the next post will probably be about the next thursday party and then about the next week-end... probably another week-end with Pris before she leaves...
but before that... I have a Japanese exam tomorrow.... God...°-° !

Week-end with Pris : Osaka (Ninon)

Hey !!

sorry to be late in my posts... some stuff to face. But here we go, I'm back.

So, the last week-end... As planned, it was a busy one. At the end of the week-end, I was far more tired than at the beginning... which I think is not the principle of week-ends but anyway ^^... let's enjoy life...
I let the story at the friday night party, okay then, my week-end was booked for Pris (a dear French friend coming from China after 5 months spent studying over there). It was decided we would go together to Kyoto buuuut unfortunately, Pris was kind of sick so we forgot about Kyoto and in the afternoon we went instead to Osaka which is 10 min away by train from the place I live. We visited the port, as you can see there was a strange mix between industrial settlements and pirats' boat (!!), and then I showed her Namba = THE shopping area of Osaka... this place is crazy and by night it's even more !!!! lights, people, patchinko, intensive shopping, noise, hosts (oh, there is a funny story about that... yeaaah, well, nothing to be proud of... I was followed by one of them !! lesson : never, ever, look at them even if you find them funny, scary or strange -depends on you- with their impressive hairstyle -witch style to be more precise- and costumes... to me, they look like scary, like the women should run away if one gets near to her !!! but, question of taste I guess...°-°'...not my taste... anyway...)...
We ate at Namba in some kind of Japanese fast food (we had first to buy tickets at a vending machine before to go to see the waiter... Japan is impressive sometimes... okay, all the time ^^!), and then a stop at Starbucks... And at last, we came back to my place, Pris stayed overnight (so nice from my host family !!).

Well, it was a great day, a girls day with lots of chatting and visiting and updating... come on, it's been 6 months I haven't seen her !! It was wonderful to see someone I'm familiar with for a while here... I guess I missed that strongly, even if I love everything's new here ^^.
So, that was for saturday... I let you discover the pictures and I will switch then to sunday !

Alors là, il faut dire : KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII !!!! (en plus, c'est vrai, les kids sont trop chous ! ^^... bon, ils font un peu les singes, mais ils sont toujours ensemble et je les ai pas encore vu se disputer !!! t'y crois à ça, 'Ti Charles et Kirikou ??!!)
Le père, passé le premier week-end, je le vois très très peu... Pour l'instant, seulement 5 mn au petit déj' cette semaine !!! °-° ... travail, travail... il ne rentre jamais avant minuit ou 1h30 du matin et reste même de temps en temps dormir au boulot... La vie japonaise quoi... les femmes restent entre elles avec leurs enfants et tout (d'ailleurs, elles dorment même avec leurs enfants !!!! en tout cas, celles que je connais !) et les hommes sont quasi totalement absents de la maison... Mais ça n'empêche pas qu'il est très gentil !!! ^^
